A National Challenge: Long Term Care Planning

[gravityform id=”7″ title=”false” description=”true” ajax=”false”]
Long Term Care is the need for assistance with activities of daily living caused by Physical impairment (illness, injury, or aging) OR the need for supervision due to a severe cognitive impairment such as Alzheimer’s Disease .  Activities of daily living may include bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence and eating.
Long Term Care insurance (LTCi) provides protection to cover the costs of a wide variety of services people with prolonged illnesses, disabilities or cognitive disorders require. LTCi pays for these services in nursing homes, adult congregate living facilities, private homes, residential facilities and adult day care centers.
